About Kaizynn

We build tools that make tomorrow 1% better

Kaizynn comes from Kaizen (改善) — the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement through small daily changes. That's the kind of tools we build: small, focused, designed to remove the daily friction that drains your team's energy.

Why we built Kaizynn

We're Nitesh and Neha — two software engineers at Google. After years of building internal tools and watching teammates wrestle with the same handful of tiny daily frictions — forgetting to send the standup, missing it again on vacation, losing Notion deadlines across twelve browser tabs, never finding the moment to celebrate small team wins — we started building the tools we wished already existed.

Each problem on its own takes thirty seconds. Added up across a month, those thirty-second tasks quietly drain real energy from real people. So we focus on automating the specific thing — not building another sprawling platform around it.

That's the philosophy: small, focused tools that compound. Each one earns some time back to you, every day.

Engineer obsessed with self-improvement and quietly removing the friction from a working day.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Google, working on consumer-facing products. Before Google, I shipped at Bounce (mobility), ClearTax (fintech compliance at scale) and Fybr (geospatial analytics) — a decade of building software end-to-end across mobile apps, middleware, data pipelines and shared monorepo systems.

I'm a big believer in self-improvement and lowering the daily cognitive load it takes to get through a normal day. The tools I respect are the ones that take chores off your plate and quietly nudge you to be better — at work, and at home. Software should give you back attention, not steal it.

My mantra is simple: good vibes and a good environment keep your brain healthy, and a healthy brain is the prerequisite for doing any good work. That belief shapes everything I build at Kaizynn.

Creative nerd obsessed with software, art, color and AI — building things that feel as good as they function.

I'm a Software Engineer at Google. Today I'm on YouTube; before that, I worked at Google Pay India — products where systems run at planetary scale and the smallest decision ripples out to millions of people.

I love sitting at the intersection of system design, creativity, color and AI. I care a lot about how a product feels — the small details, the rhythm of an interaction, the choice of a single hue — as much as I care about how it scales. The best tools are the ones that are technically sharp and delightful at the same time.

Privacy and data security sit at the heart of how I build. Trust isn't a tagline — it's earned by treating user data with the same care you'd want for your own.

Studied Computer Engineering at DTU, awarded the Chancellor's and the Vice Chancellor's Gold Medal. I've been an MLH Fellow, mentored at Codess and led Development at DTU Times.
